Hello Krew,

REMIND ME NEXT YEAR TO STAY AT HOME ON THE 4TH OF JULY WEEKEND.  Traffic has been horrible everywhere I have been.  I have never seen such long lines of traffic like I have seen the past few days.  EVERYWHERE!  I am used to long lines here in the Smoky Mountains, but in the last few days, it's been worse than normal.  Going over South Carolina last weekend, I sat on the interstate for a long time waiting for people to GO ON!  Several weeks ago I reported on a traffic jam in Virginia and how God used it to show me some beautiful things.  Well, I finally was able to get off the interstate in SC and find an alternate route.  But I didn't see much beauty.  This time I saw beer joints, strip clubs, pawn shops, at least one hundred used car lots, three junk yards, and an old roller rink!

Despite the traffic, I had a great time in South Carolina.  Saturday night, I sang in Sumter with Anthony Burger and Shane Dunlap.  We did an entire program as THE TRIO.  If you haven't heard Shane Dunlap doing the lead parts, you have really missed out.  When Shane steps out and takes a lead, he does it with authority.  From the moment the night started, we knew we were in for a great evening ahead of us.  Pete and Shirley Ward were the promoters for that concert and it was great to have them down on the second row again.  We kidded Shirley all night long because she was black and blue from a nasty fall that she had taken earlier in the week.  She was up on top of her washing machine, trying to clean the shelves and her heel got stuck in the fabric softener dispenser and she fell off the washer.  Shirley is very short in stature so it was a long fall!  We had a lot of fun at her expense!

Sunday Morning and Evening, I was at Hartsville SC at Emmanuel Baptist Church.  Sunday nights service was especially great as about 25 people came to the altar at invitation time. There are some great pictures on the website from the SC weekend!

Speaking of the TRIO- In the next few weeks there are two more TRIO concerts.  AUG 20th in Maryville TENN at Maryville College.   and Aug 13 in Goshen IN.  These are the only two dates left as the trio.  So everyone really needs to come to one of these concerts.  If enough people from out of town come to the one in Maryville, and I don't get booked somewhere else that weekend, I might plan something special for the KREW members!  For info on that concert contact dottie820@aol.com    If you order tickets, tell her you are a Krew Member.

Hey, the live project now has a title!  LIVE AT THE RIVER, MY STORY, MY SONG Hopefully by the first of next week, it will be sent to manufacturing and hopefully by the 30th of July I will have product!  I am singing again at River of Life Church in Smyrna.  I am hoping to have the new project by that night because it was at the River of Life Church that the idea of the live recording was born, it was recorded there, and it would be a great place to have it for the first night.  Not sure if DVD's will be ready by that date but I am hoping and praying that the CD's will be ready by then!  Pray with me!

P.A.I.N. (Prayer and Intercessory Network) members, please continue to pray for my Mom.  Also please pray for Janet Paschal as she is undergoing more tests and possibly more treatment.  Also keep praying for the Auto Lube Business.  It's still much of a burden.

This weekend I will be in Richmond, IN Pickerington, OH and Akron Ohio!  Hope to see a bunch of KREW members there!

Thanks again for your prayers and support!  Hope to see you all soon.
