I hope you all had a great Easter Weekend. I know I had a great time in Ohio. Pastor Dave and Doris Duncan has been friends of mine for many years. Actually, Dave gave me piano lessons in the late 70's when I sang with The Cathedral Quartet. (It didn't work) But now Dave is the pastor of a new church in the Akron/Canton area and he invited me to sing for his congregation on Easter Sunday Morning.

It was great to see some old friends from Ohio. "Big Foot" was there, Dave and Deb Davis, Diana Warren, Ruth Smith came from Cleveland, We had a good service and it was a celebration of the Easter Sunday. After the service, I was invited to a wonderful buffet at the home of Bonnie Wagler. I ate until I couldn't eat anymore! Actually all I did was eat all weekend. I landed in Cleveland and headed for the nearest Swensons for a Galley Boy Burger, then went to my favorite Men's store -Ticknors and had a tuna sandwich there with Ruth Smith, then headed to Canton to meet Pastor Dave and Doris for another meal at Carraba's!

This weekend I will singing
Doyle TN on Saturday night and then head south to board the cruise ship, SS Sovereign of the Seas for a week of fun and music. Then I will get off the ship on Friday morning and drive up to Myrtle Beach to sing on Saturday morning at the Singing In the Sun. Sunday I will be in Coward SC. I hope I get to see some Krew members there.

Since I will be on the cruise ship next week, I won't do a newsletter but when I get back I will write one and tell you all the wonderful things we had to eat onboard!

Hey, my friend Stacey just sent me the link to the Diamond Awards Ballot. I was shocked to find that I was in the top ten in a few categories. You can vote in these awards at www.diamondawardsonline.com. For those in your family who don't have an email address, there is a version of the ballot that you can print off for them and they can mail it in. Hope you all will visit there and vote.

Appreciate all your prayers and support. Hope to see you all soon.
