Hello Krew
Just a few things this week.
I didn't sing this past weekend so there won't be any "road
stories" to share with you. I was blessed to be in my home
church Sunday and encouraged by my pastor's sermon. It's a
great little church and I am proud to be a part of it.
Got a few things to address
in this newsletter:
1. Not all but some of you
have gotten the newsletters in the past few weeks and you
have seen a lot of ? marks. Some have seen a lot of A's
encrypted in the newsletter. After much investigation,
INJESUS, the mailing company that I use, insures us that
they are working on the problem and hopefully it will be
fixed soon. Hopefully by the time you get this newsletter,
the problem will be fixed. If you get the newsletter with
all the ? marks or all the A's, let me know.
2. I have gotten lot's
of mail about UNFOLDING MAJESTY schedule on TBN. To answer
your questions, I DON'T KNOW. I too wish TBN would leave
the schedule alone and stop switching the program around.
Right now it's shown on Wednesday morning at 6 am (set your
VCR) and Thursday mornings at 11:30 EST. Hopefully lots of
people will write TBN and request it back on Tuesday
nights. If you would like to do that,

3. I have the info on
Singing in the Sun. Its April 26-29 in Myrtle Beach SC. I
will be there on Saturday morning, the 29th. Talent for
this year's Singing In The Sun is incredible featuring The
Hoppers, Jessy Dixon, Ernie Haase & Signature Sound, Brian
Free & Assurance, Ivan Parker, The Greenes, The Pfiefers,
The Perrys, Michael
Combs, The Talley Trio, The Triumphant Qt., The McKameys,
Mark Bishops,
The Primitive Qt., The Whisnants, Mark Trammell Trio and
many others! Tickets officially
go on-sale on Thursday, January 12 at 10 am and are
available only by
calling the toll-free number 1-888-238-6858 of Abraham
Productions. I hope that when you call for tickets, you will
tell them that you are coming to see me there. As you know
I used to be on the board of this event and I strongly
believe in this. That's why I really want all my friends
who can possibly make it to this event to be there. This is
the first time I have been invited back and your help is of
utmost importance. Thank you for making the extra effort to
be there.
4. NEW CD Yes, that's
right! I have a brand new CD that was just released. I
haven't said anything about the recording of this, I didn't
know when it would be out so I have not mentioned it. I
have always wanted to do a "soft and easy" kind of record.
So I picked out some of my favorite hymns, some praise and
worship songs, and went to the studio. Anthony Burger did
some great arrangements, Allison Speer once again did a
great duet with me on "I'd Rather Have Jesus", and I am
very very pleased with it, I also included the song "Judge
Not" that I have been singing for the past few months. I
think you will love it

Make your plans now to
join us on March 25th in Maryville TN for another great
concert at the Maryville College. Allison Speer will join
me that night, along with Phil Cross and Poet Voices and
also First Love will be there. It's going to be great! I
hope you all will plan on coming in from out of town and

Please keep praying for my
Mom, she had a fainting spell this week and had to be taken
to the hospital. She is back home now and doing good but
still very weak. Please pray for her and our Dad. Also
please keep praying for the sale of the Auto Lube.
