CommentsHappy New Year Kirk!
Just a note to say hi and to let you know that we are so excited that you will be coming to Houston in June. I don't know if you remember Brent Webster, my son. He started singing after he heard you sing about 17 years ago. He got married last year, just finished law school last week and most importantly, leads worship at his church.
You just have no idea how you touched our lives and how much we all love you ,as you have served the Lord in song over the years. Always know that we will be praying for you to be richly blessed in the days ahead. Remember Jeremiah 29:11 ! See ya in June.

I first met you when you were touring with the Cathedrals at the Ft. Smith, Arkansas Municipal Auditorium in approx 1980.
Your testimony and mine are similar in many ways. God bless you for your testimony, God bless you for your courage, God bless you for your magnanimous spirit!

CommentsKirk,
I read about your struggles, and my heart aches for you. I can not begin to express the pain I felt for you on all levels. I ached to know about your loneliness. I ached over the betrayal and deception one human being can inflict upon another. I'm so sorry for your pain, and I'm so sorry for your struggles. I admire your character. It takes tremendous character and strength to handle the situation the way you have. God bless you! You're a beautiful man with a beautiful voice.

CommentsHey Kirk,
I got your Live at the River DVD for Christmas. It was AWESOME. I loved it. I loved the testimony that you gave. I have always enjoyed your music and now I love it that much more. I am praying that God will continue to truly bless you. You are a living testimony as to what God can do if we let him into our life. God Bless You.

CommentsDear Mr Kirk Talley,
We are so excited about your visit to the World Lighthouse Worship Center in Maryland. You really blessed us with your ministry in music and testimony last year. The presence of God was so sweet and the annointing was very strong that many lives were touched. I for one am glad that you stepped out in faith and aloud the Lord to use you through your battle and struggles. Just as God's word says the battle is His and there is victory in the blood of Jesus. We are overcomers by the blood of the Lamb and through the word of our testimony. I stand on the word of God for you and will pray for you by faith knowing and believing that what God has started in you He will complete. For He is the author and the finisher of your faith. I am glad I got to visit you while I was in Tennesse at the River of Life Church during the Southern Gospel Music Fan Festival this past summer. Once again you truly blessed us. Thank You. I can't think of a better way to share a New Years Evening at our church. I serve awsome Pastors here at the church that truly believe in the restoration power of Jesus Christ. This is accoplished by the power of Love that we show for one another. Looking forward to seeing you.

CommentsHey Kirk, I like others have enjoyed your singing for years, I was told about your struggle by a pastor of a church. What people do not realize is that we all have struggles and hardships from time to time. Like you said in your testimony. Even Paul had a thorn in the flesh. I have had some friends you struggled with the same thing you have, But they will always be my friends. I know also that God has delivered some people who had the same problem as you. I just wanted you to know that I will always enjoy hearing you sing no matter what. and that You will be in my prayers for God to give you strength andto continue blessing you with wonderful songs the way he has. God Bless and Have a very merry christmas and a happy new year

CommentsWe really enjoy your music and also heard a cute song we believe you may have wrote "What am I gonna do with a fruitcake"
Two of our unsaved family members heard this song at our children's Christian school concert for Christmas and loved it. We were hoping to give that song (or CD) to them for Christmas.
Thank you,

CommentsKirk I just wanted to say that my dad went home to be with the Lord on april 4, 2003. He got such a kick out of your laughter. One time you were doing a concert at Sagemont Church in Houston, Texas and this gentleman asked you for your latest eighttrack. You started laughing and said sir your stuck in the 50's. My dad got such laughter out of your sense of humor. My dad laughed about that night for weeks. He really loved your singing too. Thanks for blessing my earthly dad but even more thanks for blessing my Heavenly Dad. Keep on keeping on..........

I have been a fan of you and the Talleys for years. I was aware that something devastating happened in your life that caused you to disappear from the Southern Gospel circuit. I still purchase your music and am still blessed by your messages in song. I pray that God will continue to use you for His service. He will never put more on us than we can handle.

CommentsI noticed in the month of May you will be having a concert. You know people should not judge but they do. I am a person who has been divorced and was told I should not sing any more. I have not for about 9 years now but you know God has been opening doors for me and I have yet to respond. After reading your testimony, I know now I should walk through those doors. May God richly bless you and do not listen to what people say, listen to HIM!

CommentsMy Husband and I braved the snow storm to see you in Casey IL on Thursday night. You were great. It was worth the hours on the interstate in the snow to hear you sing again and to see you smile and be happy. You are the best! Thank YOU for braving the snow to come sing for us.

CommentsHi Kirk, just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your ministry at the Crystal Gardens in Southgate MI today.
The Lord has granted you a new ministry, and we can see the change in you just by your face. I can see that you are more compassionate and more accessible to your fans. I don't mean that in a negative way, but just making what I think it a positive comment. Your music was wondertful and I feel that those who stayed away missed a blessing. I have often thought about something I heard or read....."Christians are the only group that shoots their wounded". That is so true. Anyone can see that you are living a life as unto the Lord, have truly repented, and if God can forgive, who are we not to? I love you Kirk, and as I told you today, we are praying for you.
Keep those newsletters coming, and keep on keeping on......rejoice in the Lord and the ministry he has given you, one that reaches more hurting people than many other southern gospel groups or singers, who are not living what they sing.
Praise God for Hope's Call and Encore Productions for believing in you. Hope's Call is great, by the way.

CommentsKirk,
It was so good to see you last night in Casey IL. I am so glad you braved the snowy roads and came to sing for us. Your ministry was annointed. Even my husband commented on how relaxed you seemed and how much fun you were. (That's saying a lot for him to make a good comment about anything that closely resembles Southern Gospel) Even after your testimony. he still was complientary. He even bought me a CD!
Thank you for being a real ministry. We will be back if you are anywhere close.

CommentsI've always loved to hear you sing. When you sang Seranaded By Angels on
the Gaither video I could feel the Spirit
very strong. We asked Lauren about
you at Crabbfest 2003. The devil would
love for you to stop singing, but God gave you the talent and With His help you
can overcome anything.
We love you and we are praying for you.

CommentsKirk, it was SOOOO good to see you at Richard's Farm Restaurant in Casey, IL last night. I have emailed In His Name Projects and thanked Ron for booking you! I was at 8 of your 10 concerts at Paris and missed you so much. But anyway, I never thought the Holy Spirit would ever show up at Richard's Farm like it did last night! So great to see you again! (I'm the girl in the pink shirt, right end of the stage). God bless you! And I'll be recommending you to our Pastor for booking! Take Care.

CommentsKirk, it's such a joy to see God's work, you. I viewed your latest DVD with testimony and "Intimacy with Jesus", your song has become my prayer. I'll be sending your DVDs to my Christian friends along with Christmas cards. I want them to be challenged as you say to seek God's face and have intimacy with HIM. There is such joy in His presence, I see that Joy in you.

CommentsKirk,
After reading your testimony I see how judgmental I have been of you and repent for it. God can work out everything and turn things around, even when it seems impossible to us. As you stay true to your walk with God, He will work this out for you. I will be praying for you. You have to love the Lord, or you coundn't have written the words that you have written. - My mother passed away in 1998. During the week that she was dying, she sang a song that she had made up. Ever since hearing it, I felt in my heart that it was more than just words and wanted to contact you, Kirk Talley, to see if you would make it into a real song. I knew how busy you were and thought you wouldn't do it. Now, having a way to contact you that you may read, would you please consider doing this for me? Either way, I will be praying you for.

CommentsKirk, first time I heard you sing on "Unfolding Majesty" was "Intimacy with Jesus", and I was in tears. I'm a born again Christian for 9 years, but only in the recent couple of months I've been intimate with Jesus. As I heard you singing it, I broke in tears, for you were expressing what I felt. Since then I wished I knew your name so that I can purchase your CD, and today I saw you again on Unfolding Majesty and made sure I heard your name and wrote it down. I am ordering the CD or DVD. God Bless you and your ministry.
By the way I don't see California in your schedule. When will you give concert in Orange County, CA?
