GRAND CAYMAN & COZUMEL CRUISE
Don't miss this 6 day, 5 night cruise to the Western Caribbean aboard the Carnival Paradise.  You will experience great gospel music, wonderful food, fun, and fellowship.  There will be gourmet meals, daily buffets, free 24-hour room service and all the ice cream you can eat, plus you will need to be sure to save room for the midnight buffet under the beautiful moonlit sky.

Enjoy Grand Cayman's famous Seven Mile Beach or snorkel in the crystal clear turquoise water of Cozumel.  You will see things you've never seen before with schools of vividly colored fish and untouched expanses of coral reefs.  There will be plenty of duty-free shopping and sight-seeing with lots of photo ops, so be sure to bring your camera.  Whether you are shopping, visiting the Mayan ruins or swimming with the dolphins, this is sure to be a vacation of a lifetime.

ENTERTAINMENT
We will have our own section in the dining room so we can eat together and our own room for evening concerts several of the nights.  We will also have game times during the days we are at sea.  In addition to that you will be able to take advantage of all the entertainment on the ship as well as the shore excursions.  So get ready for a wonderful time!

CARNIVAL'S PARADISE
We will sail from Tampa, FL.  You can begin boarding the ship at 12 NOON.  The Paradise will depart at 4:00 PM.  To board the ship you must have either a passport (recommended) or an original or certified copy of your birth certificate AND a government issued photo ID, such as a driver's license.  Please note, should you need to fly back to the US from any foreign port you would not be allowed to without a passport.  All prices are per person, are based on double occupancy and include port charges, taxes, entertainment and meals on the ship.  The ship will provide guidelines for tipping; however, tipping can be done at each person's discretion

RESERVATIONS
Inside Cabins    (based on double occupancy) are $579 per person
Outside Cabins (based on double occupancy) are $659 per person
Third or fourth persons in a cabin are $399/each
To secure your reservations complete the form below and include a deposit of $100 per person ($200 per person for 3rd or 4th persons in a cabin) and mail to the address below or call Dot in Kirk Talley's office at 865-933-2100.  MasterCard, Visa, and Discover are all accepted for payment as well as checks and money orders.
Second payment in the amount of $250 will be due October 3, 2011.
Final payment of the balance will be due by December 5, 2011.
Space is on a first come, first served basis and is limited so get your reservation in early to be assured of a cabin.

NOTE:  Carnival reserves the right to re-instate the fuel supplement for all guests at up to $9 per person per day if the NYMEX oil price exceeds $70 per barrel.
